Objectives::
Ascertain the effect of using nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium on tomato plants.
Methods
Put 20 tomato seeds to germinate. After they have germinated and are up to 10 cm, choose 12 seedlings and transplant them in 12 different jars, each at least 20 cm in depth. Buy three different types of fertilizer and prepare them according to the manufacturer's instructions. The first fertilizer should be rich in nitrogen, the second rich in phosphorous and the third in potassium. Label three of the jars with the word "nitrogen." In these jars will be the plants that are rich in the nitrogen fertilizer.
Since its inception the program has created a total of 26 vegetable gardens across the country in the provinces of Santo Domingo, Santiago, San Cristobal, Baní, Monte Plata, and Azua.
